Шаги воспроизведения: 
1. Установить пакет 
2. Запустить команду: 
$ appstream-data-appdata-converter --input_xml_file /usr/share/metainfo/gparted.appdata.xml --output_xml_file ~/adg/gparted.xml --input_desktop_file /usr/share/applications/gparted.desktop --pkgname gparted -r '2024-02-27;1.6.0' -i 'svg;64;64;gparted.svg' -e 'ko' -e 'ja' -e 'ar' -e 'be'
3. Проверить, что выбранные языки были исключены:
$ vim ~/adg/gparted.xml

Результат: строки на языках, которые должны были быть исключены, присутствуют в файле

Ожидаемый результат: в файле нет строк на исключаемых языках
