libdaemon-0.10-alt1 vs. libdaemon-0.13-alt1

As https://bugzilla.altlinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18319 shows, libdaemon has changed its ABI, but hasn't reflected it formally in RPM.

Versionizing the symbols could help building packages against it with correct dependencies.
