Воспроизводится:
samba-swat-3.5.6-alt1 из сизифа
и на
samba-swat 3.5.6-alt1 из p5

Я предлагаю решать эту проблему путём добавления в xinetd файлтриггера на содержимое /etc/xinetd.d/
