Adding values to these configutration subgroups of RPM group:
RPM::HoldPkgs, RPM::AllowedDupPkgs -- has effect on APT\'s beahviour, but there is no documentation for them in apt-0.3.19cnc53-alt6.

Seems like requisite example in stock /etc/apt/apt.conf suffices in practice.
