1. Сервер не добавляется в /etc/ntp/step-tickers
2. В /etc/ntp.conf сервер прописывается в "server" но ниже по конфигу (в
"restrict") остаётся поумолчательное значение (у меня в локалке свой сервер для
NTP).

/etc/ntp.conf из свежепоставленной системы (2.9.9.9)

При настройке NTP сервера выбрал (вбил руками) 10.192.168.16 - наш
внутриофисный NTP.

исправил alterator-timezone-0.2.7
